New ultra-simplified second stage monocoque in ABS + elastomer, very small (6 cm in diameter), very light (145 g) with a mechanism and construction studied to obtain the minimum number of components and great robustness. It is a smart purchase option due to its combination of performance-reliability-price-maintenance cost, ideal for uses that require maximum reliability and also as a travel regulator given its lightness combined with the 1st stage MC5, for diving centers or as a regulator. working with the AC2 and as a high-end set with the MC9.

The specific calibration of the inhalation mechanism slightly changes the personality in the delivery of the air compared to the Ellipse series, to reward, above the exquisite touch and sensitivity of these models, an abundant flow without the need to exploit the Venturi effect. This characteristic gives it a low tendency to continuous flow on the surface or during the placement of the equipment in the water, ideal for schools and rentals, octopus and double regulator. The performance results, however, place it above regulators considered of the highest range.

Asymmetric front cover perforation. The flow of water begins to push the membrane counterclockwise so that its retraction occurs perfectly flat and the cam progressively descends and in perfect perpendicularity, regardless of the conditions (current, sudden movements, any position of the face, etc.) .

1st stage with a very modern overcompensated diaphragm but, at the same time, easy to maintain and very robust and reliable.

The body wall thicknesses have been optimized to minimize its weight (380 g). A semi-flexible elastomer sleeve protects the 1st stage from shock and erosion.

HP seat in AISI316 stainless steel. Apart from the possibility of replacement in case of deterioration during maintenance, the composition of the seat, much harder than the traditional brass of the fixed seats, prolongs its useful life since it better resists the deformation action of the metallic particles that may enter coming from the bottle.

Polyurethane valve with high mechanical resistance, to oils and hyperoxic mixtures.

The hypercompensation of the mechanism ensures a slight increase in the intermediate pressure as the pressure in the bottle decreases. The regulator therefore provides its maximum level of performance in the final phase of the dive, undoubtedly the most critical.

An advanced study of the internal air circulation and an exclusive distribution chamber that channels the air volume directly to the LP outlets have allowed the pressure drop in forced breaths (0.5 bar) to a minimum, guaranteeing a use with high benefits in any situation.

Optional SC (Sealed Chamber) insulation and anti-freeze kit that completely isolates the membrane and spring from contact with water, making it ideal for operating in extremely low temperature conditions and with very dirty water.

Especially effective filter in the shape of a hat inserted without the need for a circlip.

Supplied in INT (bracket) and DIN 300 bar version. The thread of the DIN version is made of stainless steel instead of brass to ensure greater resistance in the event of drops or impacts.
